E - Mark certification

E-mark is also known as the European common market. For the products of automobile and its safety parts, noise and exhaust gas, etc., the products shall meet the certification requirements according to the regulations of the European Union [EEC Directives] and ECE Regulation [ECE Regulation], namely, the certificates shall be issued to ensure the driving safety and environmental protection requirements. Applicable product scope

The E/eMark certificate issued by the transportation department of the European country must be re-applied for before it can be sold in the European market.

The issuing authority of E mark certificate is the government department of ECE member countries. The certificate of each country has the corresponding number:

The certification process

1. The manufacturer prepares technical materials and samples.

2. Conduct tests.

3. Factory inspection is required for the first application.

(in principle, manufacturers who have obtained ISO9000 and other quality system certificates issued by European Union national certification bodies do not need to make factory inspections).

4. Submit the test report and the manufacturer's technical data for approval.

5. Certificate issued by the transport authorities of European countries (license-issuing organs may conduct regular or irregular follow-up inspections on the manufacturers of the certified products)
