The full name of 3C Certification is China Compulsory product Certification (CCC).

It is a product conformity assessment system implemented by the Chinese government in accordance with laws and regulations in order to protect the personal safety of consumers and national security, strengthen product quality control and implement it in accordance with laws and regulations.

Information required for 3C certification

1.3c certification applicant copy of business license of the enterprise (note: if the enterprise is not a manufacturer, the manufacturer registration certificate and the copy of contract signed with it shall be provided in addition)(must)

2.3 copy of the organization code certificate of the certification applicant (the 3C certification applicant must be in China)

3. Product description document for application for 3C certification (different from product description and product introduction, with standard format)(with fixed format)(must)

4. Product assembly drawing, electrical schematic diagram or circuit diagram (must)

5. List of key components and materials (in a fixed format)(must)

6. Explanation of differences between different types of products in the same application unit (the 3C certification applicant should submit the form first, and the documents in the specified format will be issued after verification)(there is a fixed format)(must)

7. Declaration of conformity (proof that the samples submitted for inspection by the enterprise are actually produced by the enterprise itself)(required)

8. Product nameplate (must)

9.3C certification factory inspection questionnaire (in a fixed format)(required)

10. Procedure documents, quality manual, record form, process flow chart and operation instruction of the production plant (required)

11.CB report is valid (if any)

12. Passed test or 3C certification factory audit report (if any)(for the test report after passing the test)



Notes for 3C certification:

1. Select typical products: usually high quality products.

2. Product name and model: need to confirm with customers to ensure the consistency of product model; Engineering BOM shall prevail.

3. Write the color of all parts

4. Provide the front and back pictures of typical product pictures.

5. Supplier information: full name of the supplier, not short name; There are parts provided by trade suppliers, in addition to writing to the parts supplier, also need to write to the parts manufacturer.

6. Description of differences between typical products and atypical products: there are some differences with typical products, which should be clearly written.

Notice for 3C audit factory:

1. Products or materials without CCC shall not appear on the audit site, and regional planning shall be improved.
