Nordic countries certification

The four Nordic countries are Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark. Certification bodies in the four countries have an agreement to recognise each other's results. In other words, as long as your product is certified by any one of the four Nordic countries, if you still need the certification of the other three countries, you do not need to provide the product for testing, you can easily get the certificate. Scope of certification

Major product certifications include home appliances, home electronic equipment, plumbing and sanitary ware such as faucets, pipe fittings, valves, industrial equipment and materials, etc.

The certification body

NEMKO: Finland electrical test (Elelctricallnspectorate, SETI) approved by CB certificate and its attachments, including the Finnish national differences in test report, certificate need to factory inspection before (generally do not need to supervise and inspect the factory), the supervision and review products for sampling and FI - Mark symbol contains the content of the safety standards of IEC and CEE and CTSPR publications, FI - Mark Mark for CB system including the electric products is mandatory.

SEMKO was founded in Sweden in 1925. It was originally authorized by the Swedish government to issue the certificate of compulsory safety regulations. It can be regarded as the inspection bureau of Sweden. SEMKO institute is one of the earliest engaged in security testing organization in the world, is the Swedish acceptance and conformity assessment committee (SwedishBoardforAccreditationandConformityAssessment; SWEDAC) listed as national laboratory, is more than the eu under the instruction of designated agencies (NotifiedBody), especially as the international electrotechnical commission (InternationalElectrotechnicalCommission; IEC) CB is the test institution that issues the largest number of test and certification reports.

DEMKO Denmark electrical equipment approved bureau (DEMKO) recognized CB certificate and its attachments, including the Danish national differences in test report, do not need the certificate of factory inspection before, the supervision and review products for sampling and unless cancelled in advance, certificate valid for 10 years, in the product on the market within 8 days DEMKO register, this is mandatory.

1. Submit an application for certification

2. Sign the certification contract

3. Submit product related materials

4. Send samples

5. Pay for certification

6. Conduct product testing

7. Factory audit

8. Review test reports and issue certificates

Note (can be applied through CB report or directly witnessed by the certification authority of the four countries. Any one of the three countries can apply for certification, and the other three countries will directly issue the certificate on the basis of the certificate.
